Vehicles can be returned during our office opening hours. Drop-offs/returns outside of our opening hours must be agreed upon at the time of booking or with the staff at the desk. A higher fee may apply.
In case of vehicle breakdown you must contact us through the numbers provided, we will take action as soon as possible for your recovery.
In the event of an accident, the first thing to do is to contact the police and emergency services in case there are injured people, at the same time you must contact us as soon as possible through the numbers specifically provided, we will do everything possible to provide assistance and help in the shortest possible time.
In Palermo, several companies prohibit their customers from leaving the province of Palermo, with the exception of the rental company Mondello Rent which allows its customers to go with their own vehicles outside the province of Palermo.
